Rick was our highly experienced driver and he did a great job of getting us to and from each stop safely.  He dropped us off and picked us up at the entrance of each location, opening the door for us each time.   He made sure to convey pickup locations and departure times for each stop to keep us on schedule. Rick’s wife, Charlene was a wonderful hostess during our trip, providing fun games for our group.  She also gave us information about an upcoming trip that she thought we may be interested in and answered any questions that we had about it. So was so friendly and a huge asset to the travel company.  She made us feel very welcome. We rode in the Mercedes Sprinter, which holds 13 passengers in addition to the driver and cab passenger.  It was very clean and comfortable.  It had a screen for movies (which we did not use for our short day trip) and lots of outlets to charge tablets and phones.  The seats were leather and very comfortable.  There was also a table with drink holders and plenty of leg room for passengers. There was plenty of room for our parcels in the back and they had tape and sharpies to mark everyone’s items so that it was easy for us to claim the correct items when we arrived home. They did have to alter our trip schedule a bit due to the fact that one of the locations that we were visiting had shorter hours, so we started with the last shop first, which worked out fine.  We did only have 45 minutes in the town of Floyd, which wasn’t really enough time to have lunch and check out the shops, so many of us skipped lunch to be able to see what the town had to offer.  Lunch was on our own anyway, so it didn’t matter much since we brought a few snacks along with us to tide us over until dinner. Speaking of dinner!  The place that they had on our itinerary was AMAZING, and somewhere that I would love to go back to!  Great job on adding this stop to the tour. Something good to know is that they also offer custom private group trips that are much more flexible in their schedules and stops, so if your group finishes up early, that that gives you the flexibility to leave and head to the next stop instead of waiting around until the scheduled time. We did encounter this with one of our stops. All in all it was a great trip.  All of our girls had a great time, left with lots of beautiful fabric and lots of great memories.

We took the your to Charlotte NC for the outlet shopping the ride was smooth, very clean and very comfortable been on lots of trips this is the best ever will be recommend them to everyone.
